What You'll Do

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Candidate Sourcing:

Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

Interviewing & Screening:

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.

Placement & Support:

Match candidates with exciting opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.

Market Research:

Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide expert insights.

Team Collaboration:

Work with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

What We're Looking For

Proven Recruitment Experience:

Demonstrated success in recruitment with strong client and candidate management skills.

Results-Driven Mindset:

A proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy Approach:

Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and industry-specific software.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary:

Up to 33K basic + commission + bonus.

OTE up to 58K.
