Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Provide guidance and support to clients on market trends and best practices in recruitment. Engage in lead generation activities to expand the client base.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is desirable. Experience using ATS platforms such as Taleo or Workday for managing candidate pipelines. Knowledge of human resources practices and principles is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
