The Role
As our new Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating new self-employed tradespeople to join our team. You will play a key part in ensuring we have the right people on site, on time, and to ensure they have the correct tickets, fully compliant with the requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Advertise vacancies for various trade roles (e.g. painters, tape and jointers, carpenters, etc.)
Screen and interview applicants by phone and email
Coordinate the onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of applicants and security clearance progress
Liaise with site teams and management to forecast recruitment needs
Update and manage our social media lead
Ensure all trades meet compliance requirements (CSCS, ID, right to work, etc.)
What We're Looking For
Confident and professional phone manner - this is

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous recruitment or office-based admin
experience
(construction sector a bonus, but not essential)
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Competent with basic computer systems
Reliable and committed, with good time management
