What You'll Do:

Source and attract top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking Build long-term client relationships and understand their hiring needs Win new business and grow your client portfolio Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placement Interview candidates and assess their suitability for roles Hit targets and earn commission in a performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For:
