Recruitment Consultant

to join our growing team. Whether you're already in a 360 role or an experienced

Resourcer

The Role

This is a dual-role opportunity, combining both

candidate delivery

and

business development

. You'll have the chance to build and manage your own desk, with full support from our friendly and experienced team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for permanent and contract roles Writing and posting engaging job adverts tailored to each vacancy Searching CV databases, LinkedIn, and internal systems to identify top talent Proactively reaching out to potential new clients in healthcare and manufacturing Managing client relationships and growing your portfolio of accounts Working closely with team members to achieve delivery and revenue targets
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and confident in building relationships.

You should have:

1+ year of experience

in recruitment or resourcing (agency or in-house) Experience sourcing talent in

healthcare

,

manufacturing

, or related sectors A confident and professional approach to business development Strong organisational and communication skills A results-focused mindset with a desire to grow your own client base
