Job Summary

TSBC are a contract recruitment company who supply specialist trades and labour to the Marine Engineering Industrial Services and Construction industry sectors .

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with new business lead generation sourcing and engaging suitable clients and candidates across various trade sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your relationship management and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct active lead generation through to identify potential new clients and candidates. Utilise applicant tracking systems Support the recruitment and team and clients with placement of candidates Collaborate with hiring managers and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Assist with external agencies and potential new clients
Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation and the development of new clients Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various channels. Knowledge of of agency and temp resource markets Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail. Organized approach with skills to build rapport with clients and candidates A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
