Your Role:

Manage and grow your own client base, using your recruitment experience to match the best education professionals with schools and colleges.

Build strong relationships with school leaders and HR teams, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Promote our talented candidates and ensure they find roles where they can make a difference.

Drive business development with a consultative approach, leveraging your sector knowledge to open new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

If you've worked in recruitment--whether it's education, healthcare, finance, or any other recruitment sector--we would love to speak with you. We're looking for consultants with:

A proven track record in recruitment, sales or business development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.

A consultative approach to understanding and delivering client needs.

Essential Requirements:

A valid UK full driving licence - as you'll be meeting clients face-to-face.

Ability to work onsite in our Leeds office.
