About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at

, you'll be hands-on in every stage of the recruitment process. You'll be working in a

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process with energy and attention to detail. Build deep sector knowledge and stay ahead of market trends. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs. Think creatively and solve problems under pressure. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Communicate clearly and persuasively--both written and verbal. Use tech, social media, and platforms to source and engage talent effectively.
What We're Looking For

Fluent English

with excellent written and verbal communication. A

proven track record

in recruitment or fast-paced sales. Resilient, proactive, and results-driven--

you make things happen

. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Confident, dynamic personality with

real commercial acumen

.

Financially motivated

with a hunger for success. Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social platforms and recruitment tools.
