Associate Recruitment Consultant - EU Contract team
We're hiring for our EU Contract team and looking for someone who's early in their recruitment career, looking to move into Recruitment, or someone with some sales experience who's ready to move into a people-focused, commercially driven role.
If you're motivated by building relationships, curious about how businesses grow, and comfortable working toward clear goals, this could be a strong next step for you.
What you'll be doing
You'll join us as an Associate Consultant, working closely with experienced colleagues while taking ownership of your own market area. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Building and developing a defined market (your "RIG") so you can connect with the right clients and candidates.
Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, motivations, and what they're looking for in their next role.
Taking detailed briefs from clients and understanding what they really need - not just what's on the job description.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, keeping both clients and candidates informed and supported.
Following up on leads, referrals, and references to uncover new opportunities.
Keeping the CRM up to date so you can build strong pools of candidates and clients.
What success looks like
You work to a clear day plan and deliver consistently.
You build a healthy pipeline of clients and candidates.
You take ownership of your market and contribute to the wider team.
You show up in a way that reflects our values and how we work as a business.
What you bring
You don't need recruitment experience - but you do need to be proactive, comfortable having commercial conversations, and willing to learn quickly. You might come from:
A sales or customer-facing background, or
Up to a year of experience in recruitment (any sector).
Most importantly, you should enjoy speaking with people, working to targets, and taking responsibility for your own development.
Why join us
You'll be joining a business that's been supporting the life sciences sector for nearly four decades. We work with organisations across Europe, from growing biotech's to established global players, helping them secure the people they need to bring new therapies and technologies to patients.
A strong presence in life sciences:
You'll be working in a sector with real purpose, where the roles you fill directly support innovation and patient impact.
A people-first culture:
Our approach is built on long-standing relationships, not quick wins. You'll learn how to operate as a consultant who adds value, not just fills roles.
Structured development and support:
You'll get clear training, regular coaching, and a progression path that helps you grow from Associate Consultant to a trusted specialist in your market.
