Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across various industries. The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal part in driving organisational growth by effectively managing the full recruitment cycle, from lead generation to candidate placement.

Duties



Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Manage relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within social media management tools and CRM systems like Salesforce. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Manage social media channels to promote job openings and enhance employer branding. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment technology.

Experience



Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a human resources environment. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Familiarity with HRIS systems and social media management tools for effective candidate sourcing and engagement. Experience with relationship management and sales techniques to develop new business opportunities. Knowledge of popular HR software such as Salesforce is advantageous. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team setting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 29,304.00-68,711.15 per year
