The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing reliable professionals across to residential & commercial clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities. The Recruitment Consultant will play a vital role in building excellent talent and supporting organisational growth through effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media and in-person.
Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, note taking and provide feedback, presenting shortlisted candidates to management.
Process full onboarding, inductions and handle uniform/PPE requirements.
Maintain, update and ensure accurate candidate data.
Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Happy to work 2/3 days a week with the potential of additional hours.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR or recruitment consultancy roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and candidates efficiently.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
