The Role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, enabling you to directly impact clients and candidates while driving your personal career growth. This role includes building and nurturing meaningful relationships, connecting with top talent, and contributing to our client's wider growth on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into life sciences roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and engage high-calibre professionals within the life sciences sector.
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Support the business in achieving its ambitious growth strategy across multiple global markets.
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Proven success as a 360 recruiter (life sciences experience is a plus) or a strong commercial/sales background seeking a transition into recruitment.
• Results Driven: Highly motivated, ambitious, and focused on achieving targets.
• Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
