About Us

Staffia Ltd is a specialist education recruitment agency based in North London, supplying fully compliant teachers and support staff to schools. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our team on a flexible zero-hour basis.

The Role

You will focus mainly on

calling schools (HR teams, Cover Managers, Heads of Department)

to promote our candidates and services, build strong client relationships, and support placements. This is a flexible, part-time role - hours offered as required, with no minimum commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound business development calls to schools and managing client relationships Promoting available candidates (teachers, TAs, technicians, invigilators, etc.) Supporting compliance processes: references, DBS, right-to-work checks Coordinating candidate availability and interview scheduling Assisting with admin and general agency operations as needed Actively contributing to marketing activities, such as follow-up emails, promotional calls, and client engagement

Requirements (Essential)

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant

(ideally in education recruitment)

Proven business development / sales and marketing experience

Strong client relationship management skills Advanced or native-level English - excellent phone manner Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain) Right to Work in the UK Track record of meeting targets and building school relationships Confident, professional, and self-motivated
