Duties

Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking events to attract potential candidates and clients. Manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and repeat business. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client information. Collaborate with HR teams to understand organisational needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation and relationship management within the recruitment or human resources sector. . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of social media management for sourcing candidates and employer branding purposes. Experience with recruitment software is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
