We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships with potential candidates and clients across the education sector. You will play a pivotal role in lead generation, candidate placement, and maintaining strong relationships within the education sector.
Duties
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential candidates and clients.
Conduct outreach through social media management and other digital channels to promote job opportunities and build brand awareness.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication skills and relationship management techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and data integrity.
Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources to optimise recruitment efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, and utilisation of ATS platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management within a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of human resources principles and practices within various sectors.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with organisational skills that ensure timely delivery of recruitment objectives.
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
