Nursing Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Staffing (NHS & Private Sector)

At Bleep 360, we are expanding our Nursing Division and seeking a motivated Nursing Recruitment Consultant to deliver high-quality staffing solutions to NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers across the UK. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build long-lasting relationships, and play a vital role in supporting frontline patient care.

What You Will Be Doing:



Talent Engagement & Candidate Management



Source and recruit nurses and healthcare professionals for temporary assignments. Maintain a fully compliant and ready-to-work talent pool (DBS, NMC, Right to Work, etc.). Conduct interviews, onboarding processes, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Client Partnership & Service Delivery



Build and nurture strong relationships with NHS Trusts and private organisations. Take detailed job briefs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Negotiate rates and terms of business in line with company and NHS framework guidelines. Ensure timely and compliant fulfilment of client bookings.

Sales & Business Growth



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach. Work to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the wider team to drive shared performance and success.

Operations, Reporting & Compliance



Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment system data. Manage timesheets, shift confirmations, and payroll queries. Ensure all placements are fully aligned with NHS framework compliance standards. Prepare performance reports and desk updates for management as required.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 1-2 years' recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare/nursing. Familiarity with NHS frameworks and healthcare compliance (desirable). Strong administrative and IT capabilities (including CRM systems and MS Office). Understanding of temporary staffing operations and workforce planning.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly. Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities. Proven recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or nursing. Resilient and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven, commercially minded, and proactive in business development. Confident relationship-builder with a professional, consultative approach.

Working Hours:
