Looking to recruit an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record preferably in education, to building and developing a desk to open up a new sector. This role is pivotal in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills. Ensuring that both clients and candidates receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for lead generation, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and utilising various applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience of growing and managing a team.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.

Duties

Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Utilise Salesforce and other HRIS tools to manage candidate information effectively. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities within the ATS. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their recruitment campaigns. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering excellence. Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships. In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and industry compliance. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM tools.
