We're looking for a motivated
Recruitment Consultant
to join our team. You'll source and place top talent, build strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What you'll do
Build and manage a pipeline of skilled candidates Interview and assess candidate suitability Develop client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Use social media and digital platforms to attract talent Keep clients updated with clear, regular communication Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems
What you'll bring
Recruitment or talent acquisition experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven lead generation and client management ability Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused Experience with ATS platforms is a plus
