Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment consultant to come and join the Synergy team and support the growth and success of what we've achieved so far. You'll either have experience in Care or Education or perhaps you like the idea of covering both sectors. We're looking for a warm, approachable individual who fits our values and is passionate about what we do. You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand the recruitment process and contribute to building successful partnerships between candidates and clients so if you don't quite match the job description below but like the idea of what we do, then please still apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the recruitment process for Synergy by sourcing and attracting candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for care/teaching and support roles in schools. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, care abilities, teaching abilities, and cultural fit for specific care/educational environments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and regulations. Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, advocating for both clients and candidates.

Job Requirements:



Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the care or education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to sourcing and recruitment.

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
