We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will leverage your expertise in lead generation, relationship management, and communication skills to build strong connections with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft, and will have experience with social media management to enhance our recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Utilise ATS tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and lead generation opportunities.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Engage in social media management to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
Skills
Strong lead generation capabilities to identify potential candidates proactively.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for efficient recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
Demonstrated relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.
Background in human resources or related fields is advantageous.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
