About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help expand our healthcare division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a desk, grow business relationships, and play a key part in our marketing and brand development.

You'll manage the full recruitment cycle , from sourcing candidates to developing client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (temporary, contract, and permanent). Build and maintain strong client relationships within the NHS, private sector, and community care. Generate new business through lead generation, networking, and marketing initiatives. Source and interview healthcare professionals -- including nurses, HCAs, support workers, and non-clinical staff. Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and social media strategy. Ensure full compliance with recruitment and healthcare regulations. Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, driven individual with a genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and business development.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (ideally within healthcare, medical, or social care sectors). Proven track record in business development and client acquisition. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Commercially aware, target-driven, and self-motivated. Organised with excellent time management skills. Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn for sourcing and marketing.
Desirable:

Knowledge of NHS frameworks or CQC compliance. Experience working with healthcare professionals (clinical or non-clinical). Marketing or branding experience (social media, campaigns, or events).
