Conrad Consulting is a highly regarded recruitment business operating within the built environment supplying top quality talent to the Construction, Building Services, Architecture, Engineering and Surveying sectors. We are currently looking to appoint an ambitious sales professional to join our Skipton office and enrol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

We have several offices across the UK including London, Suffolk, Manchester and Edinburgh and operate as a premium brand recruiting for some of the world\'s largest corporations.

Consultants in their first year can expect to earn on average \xc2\xa37,000 - \xc2\xa310,000 commission, (on top of their basic salary) in their second year this can go up to \xc2\xa315,000 - \xc2\xa325,000 and for the more motivated consultants this has been eclipsed considerably.

We run office incentives which includes weekend trips away to European Cities, a day at the races, hotel experiences etc. Previous examples of our annual incentives include trips to Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona, and Miami which included "upper class flights" with virgin airways and a 5* hotel on South Beach.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, building relationships and be involved with each stage of the decision making process whilst advising your candidates with your expect knowledge. This consultancy environment is very much "you get out what you put in" so if you are committed and hard-working, you will quickly see results and earn some proper money.

Starting salary for a Trainee consultant is typically \xc2\xa318,000 - \xc2\xa324,000 per annum depending on previous experience.
