Job Title: Mid to Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: Up to 35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities within the social care.
• Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

About You:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within social care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
