Job Description


We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Specialist Recruiter / Head-Hunter to work with Ultra High Net Worth clients, luxury hotels and Michelin star premises. As a specialist recruiter, you will have a particular interest or expertise in Luxury and a target driven mind. This is a full-time role with the benefit of hybrid working and you would need to be commutable to Southampton for the office days.

About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be reporting to the CEO and joining a team of skilled and bold consultants. Your industry knowledge will be key to your success in this role and you will be expected to:

  • Create and grow a substantial 360 degree recruitment desk
  • Form strategic partnerships with clients
  • Connect exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities
  • Work with high-end and luxury clients, using unique search and selection methodologies
  • Facilitate the hiring process, ensuring that the right candidates are matched with the right roles

About the responsibilities
In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you will:
  • Identify and canvass companies within your specialist sector, identifying and establishing recruitment needs
  • Establish terms of business with clients, ensuring that clients are commercially sound, negotiating where necessary to ensure the best outcome for both parties
  • Take detailed and complete role briefs, making sure all aspects are captured and communicated to the candidate.
  • Identify and headhunt the best candidates within your sector, screening and interviewing them to ensure they are robust, marketable candidates as well as guiding and influencing them through the recruitment process
  • Conduct thorough interviews, feedback calls, interview briefings and de-briefings with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate and manage offers of employment, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate aspirations
Network & Industry
  • Seek out networking opportunities in order to expand your reach, as well as conducting face to face meetings, briefings and attending other events when necessary
  • Use a vast range of innovative techniques to ensure that you know about all the best job opportunities and candidates within your market
  • Maintain an advanced knowledge of the market you are working in, ensuring you are up to date on the industry, credible and knowledgeable.

  • Keep accurate and relevant records on the company database, making sure that records are up to date and thorough
  • Use various, advanced methods of sourcing and qualifying the right candidates
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with your team

  • Hit and exceed KPIs and Targets set by the directors
  • Be an ambassador of the brand to client and candidates
  • Maintain a professional image, upholding company values and ethics
  • Setting high personal standards and championing company infrastructure.
  • To always uphold sincere integrity, ensuring honesty and trust is preserved at all times with all parties
  • Seek advice and guidance when you require it, and share ideas
  • Assist and support the team in any other way required
About the rewards
For the role of Recruitment Consultant, you will work Monday to Friday with core hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm. This position is hybrid working (home and office) and there is a salary on offer of \xc2\xa345,000 to \xc2\xa360,000 OTE.

About you
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Specialist Recruiter / Head-Hunter who has a particular interest or expertise in Hospitality and you will be working with Ultra High Net Worth clients, luxury hotels and Michelin star premises. To be successful for this role, you must have / be:
  • Extensive experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who truly understands and appreciates luxury
  • Methodical in your approach to sourcing candidates
  • Able to easily build rapport and a network of clients
  • Tenacious, smart and agile in your approach
  • A Head-Hunter style, as the recruitment and sales process in this sector is quite specialised
