Responsibilities - Recruitment Consultant

Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and candidates. Utilise and update our CRM system to ensure efficient management of the recruitment process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication. Write advertising copy for various job boards Leverage social media platforms to enhance recruitment outreach and brand visibility. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
