Your Role

As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you'll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything, you'll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities include:

Creating job ads that attract quality candidates aligned with our corporate values Sourcing talent through job boards, social media, and networks Screening and matching applicants to roles that fit their skills and our ethos Managing interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience Sharing recruitment insights and strategies with leadership Working collaboratively with the wider recruitment team and partner the different brands of our group to successfully deliver staffing requirements Keeping processes compliant, efficient, and cost-effective

What We're Looking For

An experienced recruiter who delivers results and thrives in a fast-paced environment A bubbly, approachable personality that makes candidates feel welcome and valued Strong communication skills, you'll be the voice and face of Komplex Group for new hires Business Admin Level 2 (or working towards it) Tech-savvy
