*Role Description

This is a commission based role for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, interviewing candidates to assess their skills and fit, and facilitating communication between clients and candidates. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

*What We're Looking For:
oStrong Consulting abilities
oExperience in Interviewing candidates
oExcellent Communication skills
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team
o2-3+ years' experience working in a recruitment consultancy (any sector).
oProven track record of sourcing, managing clients, and closing placements.
oSelf-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
oAbility to start immediately.

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start Date: Immediate
Earnings: 30-50% commission per bill (uncapped)
