Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in negotiation, talent acquisition, and relationship management to build strong connections with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive talent searches utilizing various sourcing methods including social media management, ATS systems, and cold calling. Engage in technical recruiting and executive recruiting to meet the specific needs of clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviewing, employee evaluation, and employee orientation. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication and relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams on HR sourcing strategies and succession planning initiatives. Support campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the recruitment process. Participate in training & development initiatives to enhance recruitment practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting or human resources with a focus on talent management and internal recruiting. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Familiarity with various recruitment technologies including Salesforce, Taleo, ADP, and other HR software platforms. Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates through diverse channels. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative. Knowledge of contracts related to employment agreements is preferred. Experience in lead generation and employee relations is a plus.
