We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients while building and maintaining strong relationships. You will leverage various platforms and tools, including social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS), to enhance your recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of human resources processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates and clients.
applications and track recruitment progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Engage with candidates through effective communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and attract talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and processes.
Maintain accurate records in the HRIS for reporting and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of human resources practices.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
