Requirements
Build and manage relationships with clients spanning across the Healthcare Industrial and Commercial sectors, understanding their individual recruitment needs and delivering focused recruitment solutions.
Source, screen and place candidates into roles within the Commercial, Industrial, Engineering or Healthcare sectors.
Work to revenue targets, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery to clients.
Stay up to date on industry trends to provide clients with market insights and an honest consultative approach.
Recruitment experience, minimum 1 years within the recruitment sector.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong recruitment knowledge and experience is a must for this role.
Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
