We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across various sectors. You will leverage your expertise in lead generation and relationship management to build strong connections with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment technologies such as ATS, Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Duties
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilise social media management tools to enhance candidate outreach and engagement.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within HRIS systems.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster loyalty and trust.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Experience
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is essential.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management practices.
Proficient in using ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for tracking candidates.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in human resources or sales environments is advantageous.
