Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment within the Residential Childcare sector Oversee and grow our social media presence to attract top talent Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans Source, screen, and interview candidates for role suitability and cultural alignment Deliver full 360 account management and maintain strong client relationships Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Support candidates throughout the hiring process, offering timely updates and feedback Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices
