Job Description

Lovett Care are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, to efficiently meet the recruitment needs of the business. You will be Responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle across all the Homes. The role reports directly into the Recruitment Lead and will be expected to carry out the recruitment from start to finish including advertising and completion of candidate checks before employee start date (as and when required). The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring we employ the best possible talent. The role is a travelling role as you will be expected to travel across the portfolio of care homes, you will need a full driving license and use of your own car. We have a full time contract available with an excellent salary 28,250 per annum! Shift times are Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with flexibility. The locations of our homes are Chester, Greater Manchester, Lytham St Annes, Stockport, Merseyside, Nottingham, Leeds, North Wales and Carlisle.

Role Responsibilities:





Writing of job adverts and advertising on job boards and social media (responsiveness, quality and costs) Contact all candidates and arrange interviews at agreed times with the homes Review applications and distribute to line managers accordingly Filtering CV's to create a shortlist for the hiring managers Coordinate all interviews across the homes for all vacancies Issuing offer letters and mandatory forms to successful candidates Action rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates Background checks including DBS, references, right to work and Nurse PIN check Liaising with staff at the homes regarding ongoing recruitment requirements Work closely with Home Managers and Home Administrators Visit the homes as and when required to help with the efficient recruitment service Working to stringent deadlines whilst managing high volume, challenging and varied workload Use own initiative and excellent time management skills To undertake other tasks and responsibilities compatible with the level and nature of the post To abide by the companies, policies and procedures and regulations at all times Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within Ensuring good relations and communication with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers Ensuring all enquiries in careers / recruitment inbox and emails forwarded from Deputy Managing Director and Commissioning Manager are actioned in a timely manner For all new homes ensure all interview packs are prepared and candidates are contacted the day before their interviews to confirm their attendance

Skills and experience required:





Interviewing skills are desirable Administration skills are essential Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems is desirable Experience within recruitment is essential Flexible approach to working hours (with ability to work hours to meet the needs of the business) Ability to work on own initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making skills Analytical skills Attention to detail Full clean driving licence
