The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be part of a small, collaborative HR team that's passionate about finding and supporting the people who make Embrace Care exceptional.
In this role, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of services, from advertising to offer.
Create engaging job adverts and post across Indeed and other platforms.
Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, Indeed and Recruitment agencies.
Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support safer recruitment processes in line with CQC, Ofsted and DBS standards.
Track recruitment activity and contribute ideas to improve our approach.
Represent Embrace Care at local careers events and job fairs.
You'll be supported by an experienced HR team who value collaboration, initiative and fresh ideas.
About You
We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people and takes pride in matching great candidates with meaningful roles.
You'll need to be:
Experienced in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally within care, education or health sectors.
Confident using platforms such as Indeed and social media for attraction.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer or Internal Recruiter looking for a step up into a broader, relationship-focused position.
