  • Providing accurate advice on recruitment policies, compliance, and best practice.
  • Maintaining trackers and proactively taking forward actions to keep campaigns on track.
  • Analysing recruitment data and supporting EDI initiatives to enhance candidate experience and widen applicant pools.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Administrative experience in HR or a similar environment, with knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, often at fast pace.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to analyse problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Flexible approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service under pressure.
