Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively on a new, exciting hire for a growing multi site organisation that is investing heavily in its people, culture and future talent.
This is a brand new opportunity for someone passionate about talent, training and employee experience who wants to step into a role with real ownership and visibility. You won't be slotting into something rigid this role is designed to evolve, grow and be shaped by the person in it.
The Opportunity
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of the people function, supporting the full employee journey from attraction and recruitment, through onboarding, engagement and development.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders, playing a key role in how new people are recruited, welcomed, embedded and supported as the business continues to grow.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, managing projects and bringing ideas to life.
What You Wil Be Involved In:
Coordinating recruitment activity across multiple roles and locations
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Being hands-on with onboarding and supporting new starters through their early journey
Getting involved in engagement initiatives and people-focused projects
Supporting training delivery and development activity (with scope to grow this area)
Helping improve and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes
Visiting sites and offices as required to support teams on the ground
This is a role where you'll genuinely see the impact of your work on people and culture.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, talent or people-focused roles
An interest in training, development and employee engagement
Strong organisation and project coordination skills
Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
Someone proactive, ideas-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when required
Experience in training delivery, project management or engagement initiatives would be highly beneficial, but attitude and potential are just as important.
If you're someone who gets excited about talent, people development and building great employee experiences, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real purpose and progression.
