The Pharmacist Network is a leading private healthcare organisation supporting GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across the UK. About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a busy environment, and is interested in building a career in recruitment.
You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Screening applications and pre-screening candidates
Managing recruitment inboxes and applicant tracking systems
Requesting, checking and recording right-to-work documentation
Completing employment checks and references
Drafting employment contracts and supporting background checks
Scheduling interviews and sending interview invitations
Maintaining accurate recruitment records, trackers and spreadsheets
Posting job adverts
Liaising with internal teams to support recruitment activity
Providing general recruitment administration and ad-hoc support
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Excel and digital systems (ATS experience desirable but not essential)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive, flexible and a strong team player
Previous recruitment or HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential
