Recruitment Delivery Manager / Senior Resourcer - Embedded & MSP

Freelance or PAYE | Fully Remote | January 2026 start

We're a sharp, early-stage embedded recruitment business already placed inside several of the UK's highest-value super-prime construction projects, national retail programmes and mechanical services contracts.

No layers, no politics - just a small, high-output team that owns the result from end to end.

The role

Full ownership of white-collar and blue-collar delivery (site management, commercial, M&E through to trades & labour) Run as the clients' in-house recruitment function - take the brief, build the pipeline, close the hires 100% remote, flexible structure
