The Role

We are entering an exciting new phase in the Frontline Volume Recruitment Team with the introduction of our new screening platform from Harver. This is changing the way we work, blending a High Tech and High Touch approach to create a best in class candidate experience.

We put candidates at the heart of what we do, providing authentic human interactions in a technology driven process, supporting them to seamlessly navigate the recruitment and onboarding journey. There is also a real focus on candidate attraction and pipelining through campaigns, socials, open days, events and more.

We act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers; providing guidance, support, data and insights to ensure our campaigns are effective every time.

What we are looking for:

  • Inhouse recruitment (or RPO) experience, supporting business critical campaigns
  • Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and general recruitment platforms
  • Good Excel and Data skills
  • Able to pivot and drive change
  • Experience in pooling talent via Social Media, Job boards, Events and ATS/CRM
  • Comfortable working in a high volume environment, coordinating multiple activities and prioritising work
  • Passionate about candidate experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, acting as a coach and advisor, promoting best practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
