Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who has the motivation to deliver a right first time service to our People on all things HR and Recruitment related. Ideally someone who has their CIPD Level 3 or someone who is looking to complete their Level 3.

Some key things:

Must be able to attend Salford Quays offices

Has Full Driving Licence and able to commute to other sites as and when needed

Has some HR and Recruitment experience.

Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation and complete recruitment tasks. This position is perfect for individuals looking to develop their career in human resources while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities



Maintain the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and excel spreadsheets. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately. Maintain employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist with lead generation for talent acquisition through social media management and other outreach strategies. Coordinate training sessions and employee development programmes to enhance workforce skills. Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics as needed. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.

Requirements



Proven experience in a human resources role or relevant administrative position is preferred. Familiarity with HR software such as Sense HR, Cezanne, Bamboo Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Knowledge of lead generation techniques is a plus.

Pay: 27,000.00-32,260.39 per year
