Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for the Group, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-calibre talent across all business areas. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth, maintaining our reputation for professionalism, and upholding our values in every hire.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates for Enforcement, Contact Centre , and support roles.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to ensure the Group remains competitive in attracting talent.
Identify and utilise the most effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Draft compelling job descriptions and adverts that reflect the Group's values and attract suitable candidates.
Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial pre-screens and interviews, and coordinate any further assessments with hiring managers.
Oversee the interview and offer process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Partner with hiring managers, building strong relationships to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Champion employer branding initiatives to position the Group as an employer of choice within the Enforcement sector.
Act as an ambassador for the Group, ensuring all candidate interactions reflect the Group's values.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and Group policies throughout the recruitment process.
Utilise data and technology to track recruitment metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, diversity statistics), identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
Coordinate with external agencies and job boards as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 GCSE's - grades C and above including Maths and English
3+ years recruitment experience
Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within enforcement, debt collection, or a related sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and diversity initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft engaging job adverts and deliver clear feedback to candidates and managers.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
