About the role
As we continue to grow we are looking for an Internal recruiter to join our team. Initially on a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility to go permanent. The Internal Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the organisation, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. This role partners closely with department heads and hiring managers to attract, select, and retain top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company values and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the ATS & build the ATS
Collaborate with managers to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Write and post engaging job descriptions and adverts on internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency.
Manage internal communications and promote opportunities for current employees.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Negotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate satisfaction).
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
About You
Experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or as part of a corporate HR team.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment law, and HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
