This is more than a recruitment role -- it's your chance to own the entire hiring process and make a real impact. Reporting to our HR Director and working from our Head Office in Islington, you'll lead on finding, attracting, and securing the top talent that keeps BFM running like clockwork, whilst working alongside hiring managers.
No agencies. No outsourcing. Just you, our hiring managers, and a shared goal: to bring the best people into the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Partnering
Work with hiring managers to scope out roles and identify the right talent fit.
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle -- from brief to offer.
Search & Selection
Write and post creative, compelling job ads that cut through the noise.
Actively source candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and more.
Screen applications, conduct initial calls, and manage the shortlisting process.
Organise and support interviews, ensuring candidates have a great experience -- regardless of the outcome.
Offers & Onboarding
Draft offer letters and contracts, and manage communications with successful candidates.
Coordinate all onboarding logistics, liaising with HR and hiring managers to ensure every new starter has a brilliant first day.
Hourly Paid Operative Recruitment
Move quickly on hourly applications, ensuring hiring managers are kept in the loop.
Support inductions and make sure all compliance steps are completed.
Reporting & Compliance
Keep recruitment trackers up to date.
Maintain accurate interview records and help us continuously improve our hiring process.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Spanish is essential (written and spoken).
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment -- ideally in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Skilled in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Confident working with hiring managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent time management -- you thrive when juggling multiple roles.
Commercially aware -- you understand how hiring the right people drives business success.
Strong writing skills -- you know how to craft job ads that attract the best.
