We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with a proven ability to lead and manage the recruitment process effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies, utilising various platforms including social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organisation's hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Utilise various tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and HRIS to streamline recruitment processes.
Oversee the use of social media management for employer branding and candidate engagement.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Implement lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or recruitment management.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
Strong understanding of social media management for recruitment purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in relationship management, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency in HRIS systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
