We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Duties
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organisation's hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media management.
Foster relationships with hiring managers of other companies to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
Maintain accurate records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff as needed.
Learn and update our company CRM and close any open leads.
Skills
Proven experience in recruitment management, able to prove end to end recruitment
Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as recruiterflow or able to learn
Exceptional relationship management skills, fostering strong connections with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
