We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The Recruitment Manager will utilise a range of HRIS and applicant tracking systems to optimise recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including social media management and online job boards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems to ensure efficient candidate tracking and data management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Oversee the utilisation of Salesforce for candidate relationship management and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with HR teams to ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative approaches to optimise hiring outcomes.
Lead employer branding initiatives through social media management, enhancing organisation visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
Provide guidance on best practices in human resources recruitment strategies, including talent pipelining and succession planning.
Experience
Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms.
Demonstrable expertise in lead generation techniques, social media management, and relationship management with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across diverse teams.
Familiarity with HR tools including Salesforce for CRM purposes and other HRIS platforms like Workday or PeopleSoft.
Experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Knowledge of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition.
