Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role in human resources.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Experience in relationship management with internal stakeholders. Familiarity with various recruitment tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
