The Role



As our

Recruitment Manager

, you'll lead and deliver the entire recruitment strategy for our care services. You'll be responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding passionate, high-quality candidates who share our vision.

Working closely with operational leaders, you'll design campaigns, streamline processes, and ensure our teams are always staffed with the very best talent. This is your chance to shape how we recruit - and make a real difference to the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies for a range of care roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from advertising to offer and onboarding. Build and nurture talent pipelines to ensure future staffing needs are met. Use data and insights to improve processes and candidate experience. Coach and support hiring managers to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment. Champion our employer brand to make Complex Care Professionals the go-to place for care professionals.

About You



We're looking for an energetic and proactive Recruitment Manager who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) - ideally within care, health or social services. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding in recruitment (desirable). A passion for making a difference.
