Key Responsibilities
Determine current and future staffing needs by working closely with leadership and project managers across departments.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.
Prepare job descriptions, draft compelling adverts, and manage postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms.
Implement recruitment strategies for both permanent and contract hires in the UK and internationally.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles including software engineers, project managers, business analysts, and support staff.
Develop employer branding initiatives to position Sharp Brains Limited as an employer of choice in the IT sector.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, skilled worker sponsorship rules, and internal policies during the hiring process.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to optimize sourcing channels.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management on hiring performance and costs.
Collaborate with HR and operations to support onboarding, induction, and training processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally in the IT or professional services sector.
Strong knowledge of UK and international employment laws, Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements, and global hiring practices.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Desirable Skills
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above)
Experience managing recruitment for tech/digital transformation projects
