The Role
We're looking for a proactive
Recruitment & Office Assistant
to support Harlo Recruitment three days per week, with the option of up to two extra days assisting ACS
,
depending on workload.
Key responsibilities include:
Posting and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
Screening CVs and liaising with candidates
Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks
Collecting and verifying candidate hours/timesheets
Providing occasional admin support to ACS on additional days (e.g., project admin, scheduling, reporting)
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Previous recruitment, HR, or admin experience is desirable but not essential
